Amazing view on mountain from top floor:-) Pleasant living room and fabulous views from the 2 bedrooms. Apartment does look bigger on the picture (bathroom is small). Convenient and functional. 80's vibes. No Wifi.

It’s a beautiful spacious house and the pool is great. The only real downside is the amount of proper cutlery and pans in the kitchen. Since it’s not likely you’ll dining out a lot, it would be nice to have a decent kitchen inventory. There are no pans with matching lids, the baking pans have to switch handles (never seen that before), the normal dining cutlery is probably used for a couple of centuries and is all bent and worn. When we arrived there was no meat knife or, even worse, a bread knife. We left both after our stay so future residents won’t have to look for them. But a new set of forks, knives and spoons couldn’t hurt. Some additional towels and cloths would be nice as well. That being said, we did enjoy our time over there.

Everything was excellent regarding the house and the owners. The only thing that needs upgrading is the tv system, for times when the weather is not so great. A smart tv would make things better.

This place has truly become special to our family. We've stayed here twice already, and every time we arrive, it feels just like coming home. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean, cozy, and really well thought out – everything we need is there. But more than that, it has a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. It's not just a rental – it has a soul, a comforting vibe that we all love. We're already looking forward to our next stay!

Very good apartment. Super views from the balcony which could have been cleaner. (moss). Bathroom could do with an upgrade as suspect the original. Certainly better lighting as only a small strip light over the basin mirror. Might also benefit from a heated towel rail. Very quiet end of the town and I think mainly owner occupiers so really quite through the evening and night. All that said I have penciled myself in for next March.

Quiet area, very well equipped villa, great location;we liked the fact that the swimming pool was open for us till the firts days of November which, in most occassions, was not an option. Very approachable owner that kept in touch with us and responded promptly to all our queries;lovely welcome with ready to get in jacuzzi and a bottle of prosecco in the fridge!very needed after a long car journey! The villa is located in a close vicinity to pictoresque medieval villiges, also close to mountains and approx.1h30min from beautiful seasides.

We stayed only for one night; it was comfortabel and perfekt for us! The Host ist very kind! We can highly recommend this accommodation.

I can absolutely recommend this gite to anyone who wants a comfortable stay, close to both the villages and nature. This gite is well equipped and I really enjoyed the week that I stayed. From the house you can go on different hikes and also reach both Le Poet Laval old village on foot. Dieulefit can be reached by car within 5 minutes, which is also very convenient. Besides, Pascale and Bruno are lovely people and very helpful if you need anything. I had trouble with my car and they helped me to find a workshop. I am looking forward to staying there again!

A wonderful barn conversion with 2 bedrooms sleeping 4 people. The photos don't do the cottage justice as it is larger than we expected and the finish of the recent refurbishment was top quality. The patio area and the lower garden with the small but welcome cool pool was great. The location is excellent. 10 minutes off the A7 and within an hour of a number wonderful areas in the Ardeche, Drôme, Provence and Rhone regions it was a great base. Quiet, almost remote location and only 10 minutes to local shops and hypermarkets. A great 8k circular run from the house! We experienced exceptionally hot weather and the cottage would have benefitted from additional air con as the bedrooms were really hot. The separate toilet could have a small wash hand basin for added convenience. (Minor point!) Fabien was a great host too and easy to contact. Great sunrises and sunsets added to the wonderful experience.
