The only problems were not having the unit number on the email of confirmation. I had to ring to find out. One key broke in the lock but was replaced quickly. It was a bit fiddly gaining access to the building by continually having to use the code on the key safe to get the key. The light in the lounge dazzles when watching tv. Minor points but they could easily be rectified.
