Great villa in an ideal location. Cala'dor is a lovely area to stay with a number of shallow beaches ideal for the kids. The villa is located a short walk from the restaurants in the marina with the town a slightly longer walk but still manageable. We had a problem with the WiFi and the safe but somebody came to resolve both issues with 20 mins of us flagging and the villa owner came a couple of times to check and clean the pool.

The house was clean and comfortable and a great size good enough for 6-8 people. Had everything we needed but couldn’t get TV to work but that wasn’t an issue for us. Loads of seating inside and out for comfort. Pool was lovely very few so probably not great for little kids or non swimmers but we enjoyed it. Loads of sun beds to enjoy all aspects of the sun. House close to pubs, restaurants, shops and further amenities a short walk away as is the beach. Easily access to the Marina an Cal aDor slightly further away but a perfect house if you happy to walk you don’t need a car unless you going further afield. Perhaps downside is that it can be a little noisy for traffic and later at night but if your resting with all the doors closed the house is well sound proofed. Overall a really lovely home from home with the added advantage of the sun!

Overall great value for money. Nice location in Cala D’Or. Old kitchen, where the cabins are a bit smelly. Pool is nice but could be cleaned more frequent.

Good value bungalow, although it did have residents above and below so could be a little noisy at times. No A/C so when the temp rose above 25 at night it was a little uncomfortable. Some small things let it down however - main bathroom was very tired (en-suite was much better) and no bin bags, no washing up liquid, no dish clothes... really! Overall we were happy but could be easily and cheaply improved.
