We enjoyed staying at the property located right on the beach. There are many restaurants and bars around and many more within a short walk. Beautiful location and great unit. We had no reason to contact the host while we were there as everything went well and the apartment was well furnished and stocked. We did not cook there however there is a full kitchen with all the utensils etc.

The apartment has a stunning location on the pedestrianised Avenida de Espana with spectacular sea views. We could clearly see Gibraltar as well as the north African coast on clear days. Located mid way between the Old Town and the Port, being a 10-15 minute flat walk to either. The apartment is beautifully decorated, tastefully furnished and is very spacious and was immaculately clean upon our arrival. The three bedrooms are spacious and had ample storage as well as very comfortable beds. Whilst no en-suite bathrooms, the two separate bathrooms worked well and were well equipped. The wifi was excellent and the large TV had Netflix and Amazon Prime as well as Sky News (for English guests). Communication with the host was excellent and Manuel at Rentalia was prompt and friendly in his responses and provided all of the information required. We had a great holiday here and would highly recommend this aprtment, we would certainly not hesitate in rebooking for another stay!

- the appertment was a highlight! - well cleaned and equipped with all the necessarry goods, includet dishwasher, washmachine and microwave. - the furniture, the beds and madrasses, and the bathroom were delicious. The outdoor furniture also seemed nice, allthough we didn’t use it due to the outdoor high temperature. - garage with elevator directly to the level of the appartement was perfect
