Take a sailing or fishing trip out into the bay or catch the regular ferry that runs to the nearby resort of Fuengirola.

Puente Nuevo Bridge

Heading 50 km inland from the coast, Ronda is a city on a mountain top with a historic bridge spanning a 120 m deep chasm called El Tajo which splits the town. Dubbed the “New Bridge,” construction started on the Puente Nuevo in 1751 and it took 42 years to build. The views from the bridge over the countryside are simply amazing.

El Torcal Natural Park

The El Torcal Natural Park is a nature reserve, located south of Antequera and approximately 30 kilometres from Málaga city. The park covers around 17 square kilometres and is popular with photographers for its unusual karst landforms and caves. Many wildflowers, typical of the region, can be seen, as well as the Griffon vulture and the Spanish Ibex mountain goat.
