The park is bursting with attractions, from 30 miles of wildflower-laden trails to the Mountain Observation Tower, an Amphitheater, Coosa Wildlife Management Area and Horseshoe Bend National Military Park.

One of the premier birding trails in the state, this idyllic trail weaves through grass and meadowland, swamps and forests. You'll see bald eagles and great egrets, great blue herons, cormorants and Canada geese, among the gaggle of birds that bustle in these habitats.
