It's one of the more peaceful beaches in the region and a real gem.

For a more happening beach atmosphere, Porto city's own Gondarém Beach features an elegant promenade that's perfect for taking in the mesmerising sunsets over the Atlantic. The beach is easily accessed via bus from town, while its crystal clear waters have earned it Blue Flag status.
