We were punctually greeted at the house by our host Antonio who gave us warm and informing welcome, much better than just getting the key in a box. The terraced house offers plenty of space with seating outdoor as well in a charming and calm neighborhood. You are not far from anything beach city center or shopping. If you bring a car then it’s possible to park right outside or just a few meters away and for free. We also had a request about late check out that was fulfilled since next guests didn’t arrive the same day but the next one. We will definitely choose Antionio and the charming house for our next trip to Fuengirola which also is maybe the most charming part and the less touristy part of sunny Malaga.

Lovely little apartment a stones throw from the beach, ground floor so perfect for those a little less able, very nice patio area which gets the sun early morning until 3ish, bed in main bedroom a king size with a very comfortable mattress, absolutely loads of storage space with plenty of hangers, both bathrooms perfectly adequate, more towels would be good! Didn’t, use the aircon so cannot comment, area itself is conducive for people with reduced mobility as it’s all very flat, this is the quieter end of Los Boliches but still only a 10/15 minute walk to centre and maybe 25 minutes to main part of Fuengirola, Paco (owner) absolutely lovely, very helpful, we will definitely be back.

We stayed here for 30 days and at the end it was hard to leave. We really loved the house. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. The view. Sitting on the terrace with a sangria watching the sun set over the sea. Spectacular. Good area with not too many people but still a lot of good restaurants. Garage. - The kitchen. Only two spots for pans and low quality pans made it tough to cook good food at home. - Could definitely have been cleaner when we arrived. I would highly recommend this house to anyone who wants a great month in Spain.

Nice place on the whole. Basic but comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely big terrace with great views. Good sized rooms. Decent location. Good wifi. A few small niggles though: Only one set of keys between 8 people was not enough. At least one extra set would have been better. Also, no tea towels in the kitchen. A few more sun loungers on the terrace would have been nice too. Water pressure in the showers wasn't great either and couldn't get any hot water out of the en-suite bathroom sink.

The apartment was in a lovely position and overall was in good condition We had problems with hot water and maintainance was called out but could not fix it so although a 6 person at we were reduced to one shower working Sone small items needing replaced like light bulbs in closets etc hairdryer required Need sun-beds on roof terrace as it is meant to be a top class apartment
