We were very warmly welcomed by the hosts who live on the property (no problem at all in terms of privacy). The house as well as the outdoor kitchen and pool are more than fully equipped and were spotlessly clean. Every day there was a nice surprise: Freshly baked biscuits, delicious fresh figs, tomatoes, courgettes, cucumbers, peppers. Affordable shops close to the holiday home. A car is necessary though if you like to visit Istia. We spent a fantastic holiday in Divsici.

Very nice host. Location is good if you want to be close to the beach (walking distance c.15 minutes). And city and can handle the noise from the neighboring gardens, as it is in the city. Pool is nice, the house itself serves its purpose. If you seek charm and tranquility, you might want to look somewhere else

The home was lovely! The rooms were nice and spacious and everything was mostly clean! Lovely location and loved the views, the pool was a really nice touch! The only issue is that you would definitely need a car to get anywhere, and would be pretty stuck if you didn’t have one!

It’s the best villa! Welcome by Ante and his wife was great. During the tour they explained all the details of the villa. Everything is new (summer 2024). We enjoyed every moment. From the comfortable bedrooms (all with an amazing bathroom) to the kitchen, outside kitchen, bbq, tabletennis and ofcourse the fantastic pool. During our stay we were in close contact with the owner (Ante) to get tips for restaurants and what to do in Istria. We would 100% recommend this villa!
