A welcome pack would have been good. We were only given 1 key initially by the agent. We had to visit their office to ask for a second key. I think a family of 4 should be given 2 keys at the onset. A lovely big apartment enhanced by a superb balcony. A wee note with details of the area and facilities within the complex would have helped. Simple instructions about the pool, tennis and bar facilities. I would gladly book the apartment again
