The Red House had everything we needed for a safe and pleasant stay for a week in March with a fully enclosed garden which was essential for our little dog to enjoy without worrying about her escaping. In March we found it difficult to find restaurants and bars open. so ate a home a lot and all the cooking equipment appears new and of excellent quality. The owners, Theo and Christine, live next door and were always available if needed, but the property and its garden are totally private and for your sole use. There is nothing we would change about this property and would thoroughly recommend it to others.

Perfect location, modern and clean apartment perfectly equipped for cooking, washing, watching TV etc... and a beautiful view on the harbor. The owners are very friendly and ready to help.

Lovely house with secure garden, in a beautiful location, all perfect for a holiday with a dog. Christine and Peter were great too and despite the language barrier, we were able to get along just fine and were very responsive.

This is a lovely home, anyone seeking peace and tranquility that is close to many beautiful beaches and historical sights…..a must see! then this is a great play to stay.

Great location in the middle of a copse with a river/lake. Very helpful and attentive caretaker. Looking at previous comments there were a lot of spiders / webs, but, I reiterate 'middle of a copse', nothing a whizz round with the hoover didn't sort :) downstairs accommodate was so roomy for only sleeping 2 people, upstairs was good but, be warned, the slopping roof in the bedroom was a bit of an issue for my partner of 6ft 2, and the velux window in the bedroom really needs a blind for those of us who don't wish to wake up with the birds. The location is remote from a lot of tourist activities, but would definitely visit again if passing through the area as it was so gloriously peaceful.

The gîte is fantastic with a small terrace area that faces the lovely swimming pool. The kitchen is weak equipment and connects directly to the terrace area. The living room is well furnished and is the cool part of the gîte, which was great with the hot weather we had. There is a downstairs toilet to the side, which is a great addition. There two bedrooms and bathroom were lovely with a modern edge. Very comfortable with storage. The welcome from Magali and Pierre was wonderful, with some super fresh baking waiting for us on our arrival. A dog friendly gîte with a fenced terrace and garden, our two dogs had a great time! My personal thanks for this it made our week fab! Well located for visiting the southern part of Brittany and close to supermarkets, with a local shop 5 mins walk. An excellent week in wonderful gîte with super hosts Magali and Pierre! Merci beaucoup!

We thought it was wonderful. The booking was a bit confusing concerning the sheets and towels though.

The house is in a good location being near the lively port with it's many restaurants, near the supermarket, and a short drive to several beaches. The house has most things that you need, and a small garden looking onto a park. The grass wasn't cut until our last day, and could have looked better with a few flowering pot plants. The bedrooms were a bit small, probably best for a family with young children. The only mirror was in the bathroom, so getting ready in the evenings was a squash!

Fantastic house. We stayed as 2 families with teenage kids, and the set up was perfect. The WiFi was really good and the location to the beach was better than we hoped. Looking forward to booking again soon
