The resort is located just 75km from Genève-Cointrin International Airport and in the winter months a regular direct bus service connects Morzine to the airport. If you are arriving by train the nearest railway station is either Cluses or Thonon-Les-Bains, which are both about 30km away and also have a regular bus service to Morzine.

The resort is usually open between December and April and Morzine itself boasts 48 ski lifts and 69 ski runs. Just three of these runs are green but there are 29 blue runs, 28 more difficult red runs and nine of the most challenging black runs.

This red run starts a little steep, but once you get past this difficult first section, you can relax and enjoy the amazing views over the surrounding mountains and the village of Morzine below.
