Had everything we needed. Was clean and comfortable. Can't beat the location! Didn't like the parking as we had to maneuver between support columns on both sides of the car and it was very tight.

The staff for the management company were excellent. Anytime that I emailed or texted them regarding an issue I received a very quick response. My daughter, who lives in San Marcos, brought over her kayaks and we were able to go out on the Comal river. The location was right in between our two daughters, one in San Marcos and the other in San Antonio. I suppose the unit was so pricey because it was across the street from Schliterbahn. We were not interested in the park, though. The unit itself was very comfortable, and had all the equipment that we needed to cook. The only complain that I have is that the internet was very spotty. The Management staff are excellent.
