We had a lovely break in this beautiful home. Mavis the owner was so pleasant and helpful, Mavis made a lovely cake for us all which was delicious a bottle of wine and milk a lovely welcoming.The house it self was very clean and spacious, plenty of games for the children if you need and bundles of DVDS. The location was superb stones throw from Mundesley beach and the local The Ship Inn. Mundesley had all the amenities you would want, Butcher, Baker, Fruiit@Veg Store and 2 Fish&Chip shops and a lovely Chinese takeaway. We honestly couldn't fault this lovely house we will definitely book up again in the future Kind Regards Andy &Family from Dunstable.

Fantastic little cottage everything was perfect. We had a truly wonderful long weekend and we were very sad to leave. After a rainy day out to come back and light a real fire was so good. Wonderful house. Lots of room for 10 of us ranging in age from 72 to 6. (It was perfect for 'hide & seek' ) The children loved the 2 friendly rabbits, the chickens & other rabbit who was with the chickens. Everyone appreciated the hot tub & the warmth from the Aga after freezing on the beach. Good location for visiting coast, Bewilderwood etc & only a quick pop to shops. House has everything you need/want including good Wifi. We were there to celebrate a 70th birthday & it was great. Beds were comfortable & showers were plentiful & really good (might be a small point, but lovely to have decent showers). I searched for somewhere big enough where beds weren't sofa beds 'under the stairs' or numerous bunk beds, but this was perfect. Plenty of parking too which many don't have! Thank you for allowing us to stay.

It was a great place ideal for a beach holiday, however parking was a bit tight for our car. But apart from that we had a lovely time. I would maybe recommend stronger and more comfortable garden chairs and the slates were lose and they felt a bit wobbly. On the plus side it was nicely decorated plenty of storage and good sized rooms. The beach was great and the staff in the pub super friendly. One thought, a casserole dish in the kitchen would have been useful.

Very good location. The views down the road to the sea are lovely. The area is quiet and relaxing. The apartment is cute and feels refreshing, bright and clean. The artwork on the walls are inspirational and there is plenty of storage space in the rooms. The space is used well and everything needed is there as standard - such as handwash, washing up liquid, cleaning sprays, bin bags, toilet roll, towels and a welcome basket. I would definitely come back again.
