Lovely place a stones throw from the canal. Very clean, WiFi available, TV (although we didn’t use). Great location, not too far from anything, lots of places to eat within minutes. Very easy to get to from airport Alilaguna (great easy option to get to island from airport). Host was brilliant, great communication in the run up and on the day and amenable to early check in.

We spent the month of September at this wonderful villa and it was perfect! The beyond incredible views of the lake, the wonderfully appointed house, the gorgeous interiors and setting all combined for an excellent stay. The villa’s very helpful website made exploring the area easy and fun and Luca was very responsive with answers to questions and assistance. Best of all, our stay was relaxing and beautiful and offered us a perfect experience on Lake Garda. We hope to be back to repeat our experience in the near future. As a side note, Chef Ada prepared 2 fabulous meals for us! Highly recommend!

Loved! We got a private taxi (highly recommend) that Rossana set up for us. The taxi took us directly to the apartment. Wow! The place is stunning and looks exactly like the pictures. The downstairs has two bedrooms with private bath and one large beautiful bath outside the rooms. Upstairs is a fabulously designed large room to gather. Every room has a small balcony on the canal. The canal has several bridges. So beautiful! Communication with everyone was quick. They also booked us a return private boat to the train station. Felt like a Venetian every time we walked out. The location is amazing! Minutes from Piazza San Marco and The Rialto Bridge. We loved our stay and highly recommend! Views and space were amazing! Thank you for a great stay!

We had an amazing stay at this farmhouse hotel. The room was spotless and was cleaned thoroughly every day. We especially loved how the housekeeping staff would rearrange our stuffed animals in different fun ways each day—such a delightful touch! The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options, including delicious pancakes on some mornings. The coffee was also top-notch. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The food at the hotel was simply outstanding. I highly recommend trying the gnocchi with mushroom sauce—the gnocchi melt in your mouth and are absolutely delicious. The homemade pasta is also exceptional. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming farmhouse experience.

Nice place, happy with airco in hot times. The host is very friendly and responds quickly. Keep in mind you can not bring your car to the front door so bring your lugage in easy to carry suitcases.

The home is incredibly beautiful, spotlessly clean, with what has to be the best view of the lake. We enjoyed our stay and loved hiking up the path above the house. However - my fault for not speaking Italian or German - don't make the mistake we made and attempt to drive your car up to the house! That detail got lost in translation and we badly damaged our rental car - again, my fault! The hill is very challenging, not ideal for quick visits into town with a family, but the 4x4 was very appreciated and we quickly got used to the trip. The owner and property manager were very accommodating and responsive, and I would highly recommend the home as long as you are up for the adventuresome access.

Spacious apartment located in the center of Falcade, close to restaurants, shops, and the bus stop. It has a nice terrace facing a green field with some children's play areas in the distance and a mountain view. The kitchen amenities are rather basic but provide almost everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Communication with the rental agency was easy, prompt, and smooth, and we received help with any questions that arose. Falcade offers nice walking and hiking paths, a friendly and relaxing atmosphere, access to skiing in the winter, and a fantastic museum of Murer.

Great house! We really enjoyed the house and the pool area, and the fact that it took 10-15 min. to walk to the city center and the lake. The house, terrace and pool area are better than the pictures - we were really positively surpriced. We had a great stay 4 adults and 2 children. Would love to comeback sometime. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a nice grill at the terrace. Two toilets/bathrooms - one with washingmachine. 3 quite big bedrooms. The kids bedroom does not have aircon, but this was not a problem during our stay. A great authentic italian house. Our recommendations!
