- The raffle starts on October 5, 2021 and ends on November 5, 2021 (“Promotion Period”). During the Promotion Period, a notice regarding this raffle will be published via the press, social media, and the newsletter from HomeToGo, indicating the associated link (www.hometogo.co.uk/wildwood-spa).
- To enter the raffle, you must fill in your email address in the designated field on the page www.hometogo.co.uk/wildwood-spa during the Promotion Period. By ticking the two checkboxes, additional registration for the HomeToGo newsletter as well as for the newsletter of our partner, Wayfair Stores Limited (“Wayfair”) takes place.
- Automated or robotic entries will be disqualified. Subscribers must be over the age of 18 to participate in the raffle. Any attempt to obtain more than one entry by using multiple/different email addresses will be void and all such entries will be invalid. Employees of HomeToGo or its associated companies as well as their family members are exempt from participating in this raffle.
- One winner will be determined in an automated random process. The winner will receive a voucher, redeemable exclusively for a stay at Ravendere Retreats.
- The HomeToGo team will contact the winner via the email address [email protected]. Within this email, HomeToGo will inform the winner of further proceedings regarding the redemption of the prize.
- HomeToGo will provide the winner with the email address of the person in charge at Ravendere Retreats. To redeem the prize, the winner is obliged to contact the responsible person of Ravendere Retreats by email. Upon presentation of the voucher, the winner will be able to redeem the prize with the help of the responsible person of Ravendere Retreats. HomeToGo will not be responsible for the booking made with Ravendere Retreats. The contractual relationship will be entered directly with the provider Ravendere Retreats (the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of HomeToGo apply, which are available on the HomeToGo platform).
- The winner must contact HomeToGo within a period of four weeks after receipt of the email in accordance with section 5. To contact HomeToGo the winner has to use the email address [email protected].
- Your personal data provided through your email address is used to communicate with the winner of the prize accordingly and in case you gave your adequate consent to send newsletters. Each applicable partner of the raffle where you provide proper consent by clicking the newsletter checkbox is solely responsible as Data Controller for their own processing of personal data. For HomeToGo the processing is as set out in HomeToGo’s privacy policy, available online under the website of HomeToGo. Your right to object applies in the context of this raffle. In all other respects of privacy, HomeToGo’s privacy policy applies.
- In the context of receiving newsletters from our partner Wayfair, the privacy policy of Wayfair applies, available online under the website of Wayfair https://terms.wayfair.io/en-UK. Your right to object applies in the context of this raffle. In all other respects of privacy, HomeToGo’s privacy policy applies.
- Claims against HomeToGo do not arise from the newsletter subscription and participation in the raffle. Liability is excluded to the extent permitted by applicable law and as set out in HomeToGo’s terms of service, GTC, which shall apply mutatis mutandis.
- This raffle is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook Ireland Ltd. (“Instagram”), and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or organised by Instagram. Accordingly, Instagram is not available as a contact person regarding the competition. Participants may not assert any claims against Instagram in connection with the competition.
